Wholesale Policies and procedures:

1. All wholesale customers must have a business license and tax number.

2. The business must be in a "brick and mortar" store that carries like style products.

     Other wise defined as Walk in Retail.

3. Minimum Opening orders of $200.00

4. Reorder minimum is $100.00

5. Payment accepted in the following:

     A. COD by company check or money order.

     B. Prepaid by way of major credit card. (Visa, M/C, Amex)

6. We strive to ship all orders within 15 business days or less.

7. We drop ship to individual BUSINESS locations. NOT to their retail customers.

8. We stand behind the quality of our products.

9. All defects must be reported within 5 days of delivery

10. Returns may be made only with prior approval.

11. Any approved returns over 14 days old are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

12. Office hours are Monday - Friday. 8AM until 4:30PM EST
